#Tips 1:- Upload multiple services based on your specific skill set in order to attract more customers that are searching for a certain service.
For example; If you offer graphic design, try uploading multiple services such as logo design, social media posters, illustration etc separately with different images, sub categories and description. - Avoid uploading only one service which covers multiple categories of services.

#Tips 2: - Update your service description with a great copywriting so that the customer understands on your offering and is convinced in hiring you. Let them know what's included in the service, any free additional service, your availability date and more.

#Tips 3:- Add more pictures or videos in your portfolio. Some example ideas of creatives may be your customer testimonials, design, articles, photoshoots or any creatives that you created yourself.

#Tips 2:- If you have customers that contact you via in-app, you may send a quote in the chat page for them to make payments. If they contacted you using Whatsapp directly, you may send the Payment Link instead.
Note: Your total hired stats and listing positions will only increase if you accept payments via Swifty in-app quote or Payment Links.

#Tips 3:- Get customers to leave you a review once you have completed their orders. This will further help increase trust to your service and attract more customers in wanting to hire you.

Faster Respond time
When you have an inquiry, respond as soon as possible (less than an hour). If you're not available due to certain circumstances, do inform your potential customer the exact time of your next availibility. Avoid letting them wait which may results in them hiring your competitor instead.
Good customer service
Best to respond to the customer in detail on what you provide based on their needs. Avoid replying with a short or non-friendly text which result in the customer feeling not interested with your service anymore.
Example to avoid:
Customer : "Hi! Saya berminat dgn service aircond. Boleh ke datang service dekat Shah Alam this Thursday at 1pm?"
Freelancer : "Ya"
Instead, try responding like this:
Freelancer: "Hi. Yes saya available. Harga service per unit dalam RM 110. Awak berminat nak service berapa unit?"
Avoid directly rejecting when you're unavailable
When you're on a holiday or unable to accept new jobs, instead of responding to customer's inquiries with "Saya busy", try saying something like "I unavailable sampai ****, but I'd love to take on your job bila i dah balik."
Commit to your customer's dateline
When you're unable to finish your customers order on-time, let them know early on your latest expected completion date early instead of last minute. It's important to always clearly communicate with your customers on their expectations and needs to avoid miscommunication, bad reviews or order cancellation.
Get your customers feedbacks
When you've completed your customer's order, ask them for their feedbacks on how they feel about your service and how you could improve. If the feedback is good. do ask them to leave you a review on your Swifty profile so it will help attract more future customers.
Always remember that getting customers to contact you is not easy. So do your best in building a relationship and they'll have a higher chance to continuously hire you long term.
